Female, Somerset (Age-64) I decided to go for the block of 6 option to get a good idea of how a personal trainer could help me, following this I have now purchased another block of 12 as it is really helping my toning. I meet my trainer twice a week and also have a routine to follow on a couple of days which all help to keep me toned. My initial goal was to get stronger and more flexible to be able to get around the house a little easier, now I feel more able to deal with what the day brings to me.
Female, Dorset (Age-34) My goal was to run the next half marathon in my area, my trainer set me small targets to meet every week and sure enough I began to run further and quicker. I finished the half marathon in 1hour 55mins which is a brilliant result for me considering my initial target was 2hours 10 mins.

In my 20s I weighed around 11stone and on my 40th birthday before training I reached around 16stone. Currently I weight 13stone after just 6 months training. I needed a Personal Trainer to help me keep training throughout the week and to watch what I was eating. After 2 weeks I noticed results and 2 months on now I am where I want to be. I still meet up with my trainer every 3 weeks to catch up and receive a new programme to now work on my own with. Big thumbs up! Female, Devon (Age-56) I contacted South West Personal Trainer simply due to getting bored with going to the gym every now and again, I couldn't stick to doing the same old programme which was written for me. I was a little fussy at start as I wanted a trainer who was female and whom could train me at home, this was no problem at all, they actually gave me a choice of 2 trainers and I could choose who I wanted. I am still training once a week with my trainer and also doing my home workout which she wrote for me. Fully recommend anyone who is thinking about it. Sharon Willis, Devon. Male, Gloucestershire (Age-32) My trainer Brian is a great asset to me now, we train 3 times a week in our local gym with a split routine for all muscle groups. During our weeks he contacts me to see how the food intake is going. I also purchase the protein from this website, I always find the USSC protein works for me but there is hundreds available. Well worth the money.
