Recently there has been a lot of hype regarding flexibility, core and balance training. All vary slightly however they do go hand in hand, for example if you want to improve your balance then having a strong stomach and good flexibility will help you achieve this.

Our Trainers are specialised in these fields and many will be Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi or similar class trained so if you wanted to improve on some class positions you may have tried we can also help you.

Flexibility training can be done in many ways such as the use of Foam Rollers, PNF Stretches, Dynamic exercise and even simple Static Stretches. Your trainer will be able to specifically design a program tailored to your goals.

Core work training can also be done in many ways, I bet you have tried to do the simple stomach crunches on the floor, back extensions or even played with an exercise ball. Your Trainer will take you through the most up to date exercises to wake up that stomach of yours and regain it's previous strength.

Balance training is becoming more and more popular by the recent development of the Wii, new exercise classes and new products coming out. It can be confusing what exercises you should be doing to help your balance, the best way to to get yourself a Trainer and allow them to do a few posture analysis tests so that they best program can be designed for you.
