Personal Training is all about you: The training fits into your work schedule whether your an early riser or burner of the midnight oil. The location of your training also depends on your area in the South West. Your trainer will have a list of gyms which we use for training, it could take place in the privacy of your own home, office, town/village hall, local field/park or where ever the road takes you. After your FREE consultation with your Personal Trainer, your first session will usually entail a Postural Analysis to work out which muscle groups are working well and which we need to concentrate on. Once we have found how to realigned your posture the first session may involve some simple Body Analysis tests depending on your goals which you have set.
