The block of 12 option:Those of you who are highly motivated to changing your lifestyle will benefit hugely from this package. The block of 12 sessions are designed to push you to reaching that goal within a short timeframe. You get all the benefits of the block of 6 but have more sessions with your Personal Trainer. These extra sessions can make all the difference by keeping you motivated, having constant feedback with your trainer and giving you an extra saving. The consultation will give you more information on how the block of 12 can work for you. The sessions are all one hour long unless you and your Personal Trainer use the sessions as 30 mins or 1hr 30 mins sessions. £380.00
